Ride with Roger, anywhere from 1-3 hours. Learn new routes, find the perfect road for the perfect interval workout. Improve you climbing, sprinting or time trail skills. Ride a pace at your comfort zone or have Roger help you push yourself to the limit. Learn how to get the most out of your ride; safety, bike handling, riding position or just learn how to read the road ( shifting and the right cadence).

Talk to Roger about training and recovery while riding. Roger has years of experience in racing, this is a good time to ask about race courses, tactics and race preparations etc. Roger is more than happy to share his knowledge to make you a better rider.
Call or e-mail for an appointment. Prior to the ride a release form has to be filled out and signed. Therefore FinKraftcoaching will not be held responsible for any falls or accidents caused by other than Roger.
Riding a bike on public roads is dangerous, each rider must wear a helmet and obey the local traffic laws and ride responsible.
