Personal Training $75.00 per hour

Endurance sport specific or general fitness oriented strength and conditioning. One on one at a state of the art gym setting or at your own home. Roger believes functional exercises that focus on building a strong core and balance will improve your over all strength and performance far more than just focusing on a single muscle group.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We use simple exercise equipment like; fitness balls, medicine balls, elastomer bands , platforms and just you own body weight. Combined with some weights and exercise machines this will give you a total body workout. It is safe and very effective for both top end endurance athletes and just someone who wants to loose some weight and get in shape. This a very effective hour, new and exciting workouts, often challenging and never boring.
